Place was quiet and stunningly beautiful, loved the stay.

The friendly service and the attention to detail! Relaxed by the pool, it was excellent, especially when the weather was warm. Its perfect, central location was a plus.

The staff is very attentive, efficient. The hotel offers marvellous and adequate breakfast with local food, fresh fruits and also a view of Arenal Volcanoe.

I would recommend, thank you. This family-run hotel offers a huge variety of large and functional rooms. The location is ideal and exceptionally nice as it's really close to the ziplining, shops/restaurants, and lovely gardens. Also, Fortuna Park is within a close distance from the venue.

The hotel provides marvellous and adequate breakfast with a view of Arenal Volcanoe, local food and also even delicious pancakes. The staff are very very nice and amiable, managed the parking nearby. The location is beautiful and stunning, in the center of town.

Clean place, staff was amazingly friendly. The atmosphere created was family. We had a suite with king size bed. We had climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV.

Pity, but the beds were a bit hard.

It's charming and clean hotel, has beautiful location close to La Fortuna towncenter. The breakfast is marvellous and adequate with a view of Arenal Volcanoe, had great food.

Liked spending my time in this clean family-run hotel. The suite I got was included with 2 queen bed, a view of the volcano and the garden.

the staff were accommodating and the breakfast was amazing and adequate with even delicious pancakes, local food. i loved ideal location, not far from the most beautiful gardens, the ziplining, rafting and volcano and the jungle.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel on the outskirts of a vibrant town. The hotel's value for money was excellent, offering basic amenities and comfortable rooms with a king-size bed. The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, assisting with local arrangements and answering all our questions. The hotel's location in the most beautiful gardens with stunning views of the volcano was truly breathtaking. Additionally, the breakfast with a view of Arenal Volcano was a perfect start to the day.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was great.

The room I got was large and functional, complete with king size bed, the garden plus AC, loved it. Location: the hotel was really close to Lava Lounge restaurant...

The beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel were well-maintained and added to the overall charm. Secondly, the staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any requests or recommendations. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two queen beds and basic amenities. Plus, the breakfast with a view of Arenal Volcano was the perfect start to each day.
